Participation in the giveaway organized by HANS IM GLÜCK Franchise GmbH, Weihenstephaner Straße 6, 81673 Munich, Germany, is free of charge and is exclusively subject to these Terms and Conditions. HANS IM GLÜCK Franchise GmbH, as the organizer/operator, is solely responsible for this giveaway and its administration. 

How the Giveaway Works: One €50 Voucher will be raffled off. The prize will be sent to the winner by post. The giveaway will run from 4 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. until 10 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. During this period, users will have the opportunity to enter the giveaway online. 

Participation:

By participating in the giveaway, the participant expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions. To enter the Instagram giveaway, participants must like and comment on the giveaway post and follow the Instagram account @hansimgluck_nl. Participation is only possible during the stated giveaway period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the prize draw.Each participant may only enter the giveaway once. Multiple entries are not permitted. 

Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to natural persons who are residents of the Netherlands and are at least 18 years old. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway, employees of the operator, and their family members are not eligible to participate. 

The operator also reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons to do so, including but not limited to: 

(a) manipulation in connection with access to or the conduct of the giveaway, 
(b) violations of these Terms and Conditions, 
(c) dishonest or unfair conduct, or 
(d) false or misleading information provided in connection with participation in the giveaway. 

Prize, Notification and Delivery: The winner will be selected by means of a random draw from all eligible participants immediately after the end of the giveaway period. The winner will be notified promptly via Instagram direct message from the official account @hansimgluck_nl. 

The prize cannot be exchanged, collected in person, or paid out in cash. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize (e.g. travel expenses) shall be borne by the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxation of the prize. 

If the winner is unable to accept the prize (in particular due to scheduling conflicts) or if the winner cannot be identified, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.

The controller within the meaning of Article 4 No. 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is HANS IM GLÜCK Franchise GmbH, Weihenstephaner Straße 6, 81673 Munich, Germany. The Data Protection Officer can be contacted by email at datenschutznoSpam@hansimglueck-franchise.de. 

As the data controller, the organizer collects, processes and uses all personal data provided to the organizer in connection with this giveaway in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, including the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the GDPR. 

Personal data means the following information provided by participants in connection with the giveaway: first and last name, email address and, where applicable, telephone number. 

The organizer will not pass this personal data on to third parties. This does not apply to service providers based in Germany who support the organizer in conducting the giveaway (“data processors”), who are likewise required to comply with the applicable laws and regulations. 

The collection, processing and use of personal data serve exclusively the purpose of administering and conducting the giveaway.

A request for deletion before the end of the giveaway will result in the termination of the participant’s entry if the deletion request prevents further participation. In this case, the participant can no longer be considered for the prize. 

The organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the giveaway at any time, as well as to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions. No prior notification or consent is required. 

This applies in particular if the proper conduct of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. computer viruses, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. 

Any claims for performance or damages by participants in the event of the premature termination of the giveaway are excluded. 

Miscellaneous:

The giveaway organized by the operator shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Recourse to the courts is excluded. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the organizer. 

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same shall apply in the event of any gap in these Terms and Conditions. 

Amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be made in text form. This also applies to any waiver of this formal requirement. 

This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, organized or administered by Instagram. Instagram is also not available as a point of contact for this giveaway.
