TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HANS IM GLÜCK GIVEAWAY: 2x2 BTS TICKETS
Participation in the giveaway organized by HANS IM GLÜCK Franchise GmbH, Weihenstephaner Straße 6, 81673 Munich, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. HANS IM GLÜCK Franchise GmbH, as the organizer / operator, is solely responsible for this giveaway and its execution.
Giveaway Process
The prizes consist of 2 tickets for the BTS concert in Munich on July 11, 2026, and 2 tickets for the BTS concert in Munich on July 12, 2026. The prize will be delivered to the winner as a ticket transfer via email.
The duration of the giveaway runs from April 6, 2026 - 10:00 AM to May 24, 2026 - 11:59 PM. Within this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online.
Participation
By participating in the giveaway, the user expressly accepts these general terms and conditions. To participate in the BTS tickets giveaway, the following steps are required:
- Order a promotional product from the limited Korean Special "Let's get K-Razy", either at a HANS IM GLÜCK Burgergrill & Bar in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or the Netherlands

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Eligible Participants
Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, or the Netherlands and are at least 18 years old. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. All persons and employees of the operator involved in the design and implementation of the giveaway, as well as their family members, are ineligible to participate. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its own discretion if justified reasons exist, such as (a) manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the giveaway, (b) violations of these terms and conditions, (c) unfair practices, or (d) false or misleading information provided in connection with participation in the giveaway.
Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize
The winners will be determined through a random draw among all participants after the end of the giveaway period. The winner of the draw will be informed of the prize promptly via email by HANS IM GLÜCK Franchise GmbH.
The prize can only be redeemed on the date specified by the organizer and must be used personally by the winner. An exchange, self-collection, or cash payment of the prize is not possible. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize (e.g., travel expenses) are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is solely responsible for any potential taxation of the prize.
If the winner is unable to accept the prize (particularly in the event of scheduling conflicts, etc.) or if the winner cannot be determined, the organizer reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Responsible in the sense of Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR is HANS IM GLÜCK Franchise GmbH, Weihenstephaner Straße 6, 81673 Munich. As the responsible body within the meaning of the German Federal Data Protection Act, the organizer collects, processes, and uses all personal data shared with the organizer as part of this giveaway in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Personal data refers to the following information provided by you during the giveaway: first and last name, address, email address, and, if applicable, telephone number. The organizer does not pass this personal data on to third parties. Exceptions are the service companies based in Germany that support the organizer in conducting this giveaway ("data processors"), who are also obliged to act in accordance with applicable laws. The collection, processing, and use of data serve exclusively the purpose of conducting the giveaway.
Participants have the legal right to free information, correction, blocking, or deletion of this personal data. To assert your stated rights, please contact: datenschutz@hansimglueck-franchise.de.
A request for deletion before the end of the giveaway will lead to the termination of participation if the deletion request prevents further participation. In this case, winning is no longer possible.
Termination of the Giveaway
The organizer reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the giveaway at any time, and furthermore, to adjust or change the terms and conditions. This does not require prior notification or consent. This applies in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or legal reasons, the proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed.
Claims for performance and damages by participants in the event of premature termination of the giveaway are excluded.
Other Provisions
The operator's giveaway is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organizer.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that most closely matches the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these terms and conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions must be made in writing. This also applies to the waiver of this written form requirement itself.
Legal recourse is excluded where permitted by law. This giveaway is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, organized, or conducted by Instagram. Instagram is also not available as a contact partner for the giveaway.
