    What is the Gluten-Free Week?

    A promotional week in which we work 100% gluten-free – from food to drinks – with strictly separated processes.

    Are there gluten-containing products during the week?

    No. During the Gluten-Free Week, we only process 100% gluten-free ingredients. There are no ingredients with gluten in the burger grill during this time.

    I have celiac disease – is it safe for me?

    We focus the week on maximum safety.

    How do you minimize cross-contamination?

    First, we only use gluten-free ingredients during this week. Additionally, we work with separated work areas, dedicated toasters, fixed paths, and daily deep cleaning – our teams are specially trained.

    Which dishes are available?

    Burgers, salads, sides, dips, kids' burgers – all without gluten-containing ingredients.

    Which brand are the gluten-free burger buns from?

    Our burger buns come from "echt jetzt" in Munich – 100% organic, without additives, and explicitly suitable for people with celiac disease. The salad rolls are also from "echt jetzt".

    Are there gluten-free beer/drinks?

    Yes, we offer gluten-free beer and other suitable drinks again.

    On-site, the team will show you the current allergen overview. You can ask at any time – we are happy to help you with your choice.

    To give you the highest safety and a great variety of food, we focus only on our gluten-free products during this week. Instead of temporary specials, we offer a large, separate menu with our best highlights. This way, you get the best choice without any compromises!
